The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly attentive and kind to us and our children. the room we stayed in was brand-new with a very comfortable bed. the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to shops and near the flight path from Gatwick. it's just 4 km away from Crawley Borough Council.
